• Review of the delivery of children’s services for Hampshire County Council. Depth interviews with professionals and recipients across social services, education and health.
• Research, evaluation and development of marketing strategy for the Teacher Training Agency. Recommendation was accepted by the board and Government Ministers.
• Review of internal and external communications for a Health Authority in the context of delivering the new NHS Plan.
• Hampshire County Council Economic Prosperity – interviews with Chief Executives of local and unitary authorities as part of best value review.
